‘Portrait Of A Lady’: Sao Sankoh Resort 2020 Collection

Radiant, colorful, magnificent, graceful—there are not enough words to describe the eye-catching aesthetic of Sai Sankoh’s new ‘Portrait of a Lady’ Resort 2020 collection which was just released on July 7. The Dallas-based Sierra Leonian designer and fashion consultant brought the vision of the collection to life in a dreamy, floral-themed shoot with vivid backdrops and bright-colored, polychromatic style.

The collection includes her signature luxury kaftans, stylish, chic, and elegant ready-to-wear dresses, capes, pants, blouses, and sets.

Inspired by her visits to exotic destinations around the world and her fascination with fine fabrics and vintage and unique pieces, Sai Sankoh launched her fashion brand in 2018. Her dream was “to design couture-inspired styles with good quality fabrics, precise attention to details, tailored for the everyday woman and delivered at an affordable price.”

She has gone on to earn a well-deserved reputation on Ebony, Vogue Italia, Essence, among a few others, in addition to being recognized by Fashion Group International of Dallas as a "Rising Star" nominee in Women's Fashion for 2020.

Sai Sankoh’s pieces have been spotted on several celebrities including Beyonce, Michelle Williams, Gabrielle Union, Imam, etc.
